Our driveway is challenging because it has a significant slope, and he made the thoughtful decision to use a snowblower rather than a plow like many other companies might. That extra care really made a difference in protecting the driveway and ensuring it was cleared properly. He was always careful and thorough, and he paid close attention to keeping the driveway safe and minimizing ice buildup—which is especially important as our driveway can become slippery very quickly. Since we recently purchased this home, I wasn’t fully sure where water might accumulate and refreeze. Ben took the time to notice those problem areas and adjusted how he cleared the snow and applied ice prevention to minimize issues. That level of attention to detail and care was truly appreciated.
